Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 15 business days from the date of delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted within 4 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, dust bags, and all tags must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and quality assurance, worn items cannot be returned, exchanged, or claimed.

Accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

All sale or promotional purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or claims.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

If an online order is canceled after payment without a valid reason, a 10% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply to cover processing and handling costs.

Warranty & Service

Aristo footwear includes a complimentary 30-day service warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only.

After this period, repair services remain available at a reasonable service fee.

Please note:

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.

  • Sale or promotional items are not covered under service warranty.

  • Claims and repair requests are processed within 15 business days from receipt.
