If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including shipment tracking details.

While we strive for accuracy, Aristo reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability without prior notice.

Aristo is not liable for damages resulting from:

  • Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized parties

  • Normal wear and tear

Only products purchased directly from Aristo or an authorized retailer are eligible for warranty or service consideration.

4. Sales & Promotional Items

All items purchased during sale events or promotional campaigns are considered final sale.

Such items are not eligible for return, exchange, warranty service, or claims unless required by applicable law.

Clients are responsible for:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
